Returns Policy
Damaged in
Transit
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced
or refunded providing:-
1. We are notified by you within 24
hours of you receiving the goods.
2. The goods are returned in the
condition they were delivered and in their
original packaging if applicable.
Once we have received the goods we will
replace or refund the goods at your request within 7 working days.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted items will be refunded
(excluding postage & packing costs) if reported within seven days of
receipt. Goods must be returned in their original condition, postage is non
refundable. Upon receipt you will be refunded for the item within 7 working
days.
This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
